Return & Exchange Policy
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met, unless the product is faulty:

The items with original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation and all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
Please note we cannot offer exchange or refunds on hair accessories, candles, bed socks and slippers or on any product that has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.
How to return an item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, you will need to:

Please email psilk_@hotmail.com with details of your order number, item/s ordered, name and contact details.

We will provide you with a return address to post the item back to us.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser, until received by PSILK.
Please note the delivery cost will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance to your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered.
How to exchange an item
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else or a different size from PSILK if of the same value as your original item/s purchase or more. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note we cannot offer exchange or refunds on hair accessories, candles, bed socks and slippers or on any product that has been personalised, unless the product is faulty.
If you would like to exchange your item for something else or another size, you will need to:

Please email psilk_@hotmail.com with details of your order number, item/s ordered, name, address, contact details and list of alternative size/items in case we have sold out of your first choice (items must be the same value as your original item purchased or more).

We will provide you with a return address to post the item back to us. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered.
